Oxford: Police stop unlicensed driver with baby in car on St Giles
Police stopped an unlicensed driver who had a baby passenger in the back of the car not secured properly.
Officers pulled over the driver on St Giles in Oxford on Saturday night to find the motorist was uninsured and unlicensed.
Inside the car was a friend-of-the-driver’s one-year-old child who was not properly secured in a car seat.
Imagine bringing a child into this world and then allowing your uninsured and unlicensed mate drive your 1 year old around using this car seat with a normal seat belt around their waist. Potential tragedy prevented, car seized from St Giles, Oxford. #p1514 #p5411 pic.twitter.com/IPJJ8ENTyl
