The girl was allegedly approached on Jan. 11 by a man who tried to persuade her to get in his pickup truck. Police said in a media release Wednesday that the girl was able to run away safely and call police.

Police released a composite sketch, along with an updated description of the suspect. He’s described as a tall, clean-shaven white man in his 20s, with dirty blonde or brown hair. He reportedly has a tattoo on his left arm, possibly on the inner bicep and his left ear is pierced
The suspect’s truck is described as an early 2000s, black two-door GMC with matte black bumpers and black wheels with white writing and silver rims. The truck’s back bumper reportedly has a grapefruit-sized dent on the passenger side and the driver’s side door handle is black, while the passenger door handle is silver.
Anyone with information was asked to contact their local police service or RCMP detachment, or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
